- Order intake. Your Multi-Seller Flex shipments are picked up within minutes of Amazon creating them and confirmed for fulfilment.
- Labels and packing slips. Packages, the packing slip and the Amazon shipping label are prepared for you, and the label is released to the warehouse inside the Amazon label window, ahead of the ship-by date.
- Dispatch confirmation. Amazon is told a shipment has shipped as soon as the warehouse dispatches it.
- Stock sync. Available stock for your listings at the Germany and UK nodes is kept up to date on Amazon.
Who it is for
- Amazon sellers enrolled in Multi-Seller Flex who have agreed fulfilment terms with Spreetail
- Sellers whose stock is held at the Spreetail nodes in Germany or the United Kingdom
- Sellers on Amazon.de or Amazon.co.uk
Not for FBA-only sellers, sellers fulfilling from their own warehouse, or sellers without a Spreetail agreement.
Getting started
- Agree your fulfilment set-up with Spreetail. During onboarding Spreetail registers your SKUs and matches them to warehouse stock.
- Find MSF SmartConnect in the Selling Partner Appstore and authorise it from Seller Central. It takes about two minutes.
- Orders, labels, dispatch status and stock then run automatically.
Security and your data
- Access is granted through the standard Login with Amazon authorisation. We never see your Amazon password.
- Access tokens are stored encrypted in AWS Secrets Manager.
- Shipping labels are stored encrypted and deleted automatically after 90 days.
- You can withdraw access at any time in Seller Central under Apps and Services, then Manage Your Apps.
